Tear-Jerking Photos of Lady Capiz Shell Vendor Expressing Dismay After Victimized by Bogus Buyer Elicit Comments
A lady Capiz shell vendor has expressed her dismay after the prospect buyer did not show up during their meetup.
A Facebook user named Irene P. Cabida has shared the heartbreaking photos of an elderly vendor selling Capiz shell after her buyer did not show up. The post garnered various reactions from the netizens.
Cabida narrated that Nanay Mellie came all the way from Bataan carrying several sacks of Capiz shell. It has been ordered by her prospect buyer in Urdaneta but the culprit did not show up during their meet up for the transaction.
Nanay Mellie is calling the attention of kind netizen to buy her products so they could pay the rent for a jeepney, fuel, and toll gate. She is now selling the shells for P10 per kilogram, which is previously sold for P30 per kilo.
Currently, the vendor is staying at Crab’ n Pork Restaurant while waiting for some people to buy her shells.
