Iñigo Pascual Asked About Rumors on Real Score Between Maris Racal, Rico Blanco
IÑIGO PASCUAL – The former loveteam partner of young actress Maris Racal reacted to her rumored relationship with Rivermaya’s Rico Blanco.
Recently, the social media platforms were taken by storm about rumors regarding the real score between young Kapamilya actress Maris Racal and Rivermaya’s Rico Blanco.
The said rumors that they are possibly officially together sprang after a sweet birthday greeting of Maris for Rico. On her Instagram account, the young Kapamilya actress posted a video of them together.
Maris and Rico sang a duet while the Rivermaya vocalist was also strumming the guitar to Aqualong’s Brighter than Sunshine. The post came with a simple caption but what struck the netizens even more was the singer telling her he loves her in a comment.
Several celebrities also reacted on Maris Racal’s birthday greeting for Rico Blanco. Director Antonette Jadaone even teased the two celebrities that she thought they kissed at the end of the video.
Both Maris and Rico are mum amid the speculations over the real score between them. The 25-year age gap between the two (2) of them did not hinder the kilig factor.
Recently, actor-singer Iñigo Pascual who was the former loveteam partner of Maris Racal was asked about his reaction to the rumored relationship between her and Rico Blanco. He was also linked to the young actress before.

In an interview with ABS-CBN’s television hosts, Iñigo expressed that he cannot say anything as it was yet to be confirmed but in case they are really together, he is happy for them. He stressed that he knows how much Maris admires Rico.
“Nung time na loveteam kami ni Maris, talagang as in pinapakanta sa akin yung mga kanta ni Rico. So even them being friends or the fact na nagka-collab sila dati, support ako ‘dun,” he said.
During the interview, Iñigo Pascual also stressed that “love is love” and it is a beautiful thing thus the people must just be happy for Maris Racal and Rico Blanco if they are together.
Iñigo wishes Maris and Rico “all the best”. He is thankful to the young actress for the many things he learned when they were together as a loveteam.
