In a statement, Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III said that the department would create an order “for the guidance of both the employee and the employer.”

Meanwhile, the Employers Confederation of the Philippines also issued a statement regarding the supposed “no vaccination, no work” policy.

It is said that vaccination should not be made compulsory.
