Before the birthday of Ellen Adarna, Derek Ramsay already made an advance greeting for his girlfriend. On Instagram, he posted a photo of them together standing under Christmas lights setup.
In the caption of his Instagram post, Derek wrote a simple message greeting the actress a happy birthday as he called her “love”. She responded in a comment with three (3) heart emojis.
