As field response to repair issues started to improve, PLDT claimed that they’re starting to see a decline in calls following up on installation and repair concerns through its hotlines and other customer support channels.
According to PLDT Home Head Menardo G. Jimenez Jr., the efforts of their Network teams were starting to bear fruit as they still had a lot of improvements to make, but they had been getting positive feedback from their customers.
Jimenez also said that they believed that this was a direct result of being able to repair and fix their customers’ problems, adding that PLDT had also worked hard in order to address service issues brought about by typhoons that struck the Philippines in November and December 2020.
