Globe Telecom reportedly reopened “99 percent of its stores”.
Globe Telecom reportedly announced that “99 percent of its stores” had reopened nationwide and a total of 196 stores were operational.
In a report on Gizguide, Globe Stores were closed last March 2020 in order to comply with the lockdowns imposed because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Globe Telecom started opening selected stores with skeletal workforces back in May 2020 as government restriction relaxed.
With a more relaxed situation this year, Globe Telecom deemed it necessary to reopen as many stores as possible in order to serve more customers. Globe Telecom promised that safety protocols would be strictly implemented on the premises still.
Gizguide also reported that Globe Stores were ready to serve again as 99 percent of its stores — except for one in BGC — have reopened nationwide.

As per the report, the Globe Stores would offer assistance for concerns regarding postpaid applications, postpaid plan renewal, reactivation of terminated accounts, myBusiness application, device pick-up, prepaid products, and a lot more.
After-sales concerns — including change of SIM, change of ownership, reconnection of accounts, and device return/replacement — were also accommodated.
Selected Globe Stores would implement an appointment system in order to avoid overcrowding the storefront and customers can book an appointment online and can check the list of Globe Stores through this link.
