Xiaomi Philippines recently took to social media as the company officially announced the launch date of the Mi 11 global launch event.
In a Facebook post, Xiaomi Philippines announced that the launch date of Mi 11 “Spotlight On: The new generation of movie lover’s phone” global launch event will be on February 8, 2021.
According to Xiaomi Philippines, the said event will start at 20:00 GMT+8 (8:00 p.m. PH time) and will take place virtually.
About Mi 11
Dubbed as the “#MovieMagic maker”, Mi 11 first launched in China last December 2020 and became the first smartphone to have Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset.
It also has a triple-rear camera system, up to 256GB of internal storage, up to 12GB of internal memory, and a 4600mAh battery capacity.

Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Lite?
Citing its source, Gizmochina reported that the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite will globally debut at the said event.
Aside from this, Gizmochina — citing a tipster’s claim — reported that the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite was one of the nine Xiaomi smartphones that the company was expected to launch in the first quarter of 2021.
As for Mi 11 Pro, Gizmochina reported that the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro was expected to have a 5,000mAh battery capacity, a Quad HD+ AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, and a quad-rear camera setup.
