Charlene Gonzales: “It was a very difficult decision to make”
Charlene Gonzales shared her thoughts on her Instagram account as her son Andres Muhlach flies to Spain for college.
It was then that Charlene and Aga decided to let their children Andres and Atasha study abroad without them or even their relatives to let them live independently.
Charlene couldn’t hold back her emotions as she give her message to her son who’s now flying to Spain.
According to her, “It was a very difficult decision to make (especially during this global pandemic for you to be on campus) but you really wanted to continue your studies on campus and as parents we will be here to support & guide you every step of the way.”
Atasha, on the other hand, will be studying in the UK but because of the lockdown there due to the new COVID-19 variant, she will continue her studies online first.
“As for Atasha. She currently is studying online in a UK university but due to the current lockdown in the UK. She will continue to study online this semester and Atasha will will be on campus the following school year in the UK,” she said.
“Ang hirap mag-let go for any mom but going off to college will be a wonderful experience for all children. As parents, we provided them wings, but now it’s their turn to fly,” she added.
