Actress Barbie Forteza recently shared what she learned after three weeks of lock-in taping for “Anak Ni Waray Vs. Anak ni Biday”.
GMA Entertainment reported that the entire cast and crew underwent a COVID-19 swab test in a hotel for several weeks before taping.
Barbie shared during the virtual media conference of the said teleserye last January 14 that the lock-in taping was very challenging for all of them.
According to her, she went to the set and had few script readings before the actual taping.
“Feeling ko, as an actor, nakatulong din siya sa akin para bumalik sa kondisyon ‘yung emotions ko,” Barbie said.

As per the report, they all became more focused on work because they’re able to rehearse the cast for the scene at the same time.
Barbie also shared that it was a good adjustment for them as actors as they knew that it should be just that in three weeks.
“Walang ibang makakausap. Overall, good adjustment naman siya for me. Ma-ho-homesick ka lang kasi medyo matagal kang mawawala sa family mo pero, ayun, okay naman siya sa akin,” Barbie said.
Meanwhile, Barbie also shared her reason why she stayed active on TikTok and on social media platforms.
