Mavy Legaspi had recently revealed that he was open to be paired with anyone, but he wanted to work with this Kapuso actress.
In 2021, Cassy Legaspi would be seen on GMA Network’s primetime show First Yaya starring Sanya Lopez and Gabby Concepcion, while Mavy would host the comedy-gag-variety show “Flex” on GMA News TV alongside JD Domagoso, Lexi Gonzales, and Althea Ablan.
Mavy told GMANetwork.com in an intimate virtual interview that his goal for 2021 was to make a bang for “Flex”
“Flex” was GMA Network’s comedy-gag-variety show that would feature Gen-Z artists to do sketches, gags, musical performances, and talent competitions.

“I’m really focused on that also. And, of course, when the opportunity arises na magseserye ako, I will take it kasi I’m really just preparing right now. It’s not because na parang wala pang show now, wala akong preparation. Siyempre, with the support of my parents, since actors din sila, actress din sila, they already know the preparations that are needed,” Mavy said.
Since Cassy’s loveteam was JD Domagoso in “First Yaya”, Mavy revealed that he was open to be paired with anyone but wanted to work with Kapuso actress Kyline Alcantara.
Although “Bilangin ang Bituin sa Langit” would continue to air until 2021, GMA Entertainment reported that the show’s taping had already ended.
According to Mavy, he wanted to work with Kyline Alcantara because he knew her craft very well and admitted that she’s really good at acting.

Aside from Kyline, Mavy also wished to work with Kisses Delavin, Ysabel Ortega, and Kate Valdez.
“There are so many other artists pero siyempre, homerun talaga ‘pag friend mo. And I think it will give me a nice boost kumbaga kasi siyempre, if ever magserye ako, it’s gonna be my first so I want to be as comfortable as possible,” Mavy said.
