Huawei officially launched its latest Nova smartphone series in China, the Nova 8 Series. Check out the official specs, price, and availability below.
To sum up, Huawei unveiled two smartphones from the latest Nova series, the Nova 8 and Nova 8 Pro.
Although both have an OLED display, an octa-core processor, and a quad-rear camera setup, these smartphones may differ in size, appearance, and performance.

Nova 8 Technical Specifications
This smartphone has four colors available: Bright Black, Forest Green, Purple, and “Color 8”. For its display, this smartphone has a 6.57-inch FHD+ OLED display with 90Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate.
In terms of its key features, this smartphone has an octa-core Huawei Kirin 985 chipset and Mali-G77 graphics processor. It also has 8GB RAM, up to 256GB storage, and 3800mAh battery capacity.
When it comes to its cameras, this smartphone has a quad-rear camera setup composed of 64MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide lens, 2MP macro lens, and 2MP depth sensor. It also has a 32MP front camera.
Moreover, this smartphone weighs 169 grams and was powered by EMUI 11 mobile operating system based on Android 10 mobile operating system. Other specs were also available in this smartphone — including an in-display Fingerprint scanner, NPU, USB-C, 5G support, and a lot more.

Huawei Nova 8 was priced at CNY 3299 for 8GB + 128GB variant and CNY 3699 for 8GB + 256GB version. On the other hand, Huawei Nova 8 Pro was priced at CNY 3999 for 8GB + 128GB version and CNY 4399 for 8GB + 256GB variant.
In addition, Huawei started accepting preorders for these smartphone in China.
