Here’s the test result of Ellen Degeneres for COVID-19
ELLEN DEGENERES – The American TV host and comedian took to the image sharing site, Instagram wherein she revealed her test result for COVID-19.
On December 10, the 62-year-old talk show host revealed her test result for the dreaded coronavirus disease 2019.
According to her, she tested positive for COVID-19.
“Hi Everyone, I want to let you all know that I tested positive fort COVID-19. Fortunately, I’m feeling fine right now. Anyone who has been in close contact with me has been notified, and I am following all proper CDC guidelines. I’ll see you all again after the holidays. Please stay healthy and safe. Love, Ellen”
Her post was then flooded with a message of concern from her fellow celebrities and former guests.
According to the spokesperson of “The Ellen Show”, its production will be put on hold pending the recovery of Ellen Degeneres until January next year.
Ellen Lee DeGeneres, an American comedian, actress, and writer rose to fame as the host of the talk show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, since 2003.
She started her career as a stand-up comedian in the year the 1980s after appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson.
She, later on, ventured into acting via Mr. Wrong (1996), EDtv (1999), and The Love Letter (1999).
She’s also the voice behind Dory, a character of Pixar animated movie- Finding Nemo in 2003 and Finding Dory herself in 2016.

In 2010, she became a judge in the 9th season of American Idol, a singing competition television series created by Simon Fuller.
It was in 1997 when she publicly confessed via The Oprah Winfrey SHow that she is a lesbian. In 2008, she got married to her longtime girlfriend named Portia de Rossi.
The 62-years-old award-winning host has already earned 30 Emmys, 20 People’s Choice Awards, and many more.
