Typhoon Ulysses – Latest Updates

PAGASA announced via its latest bulletin issued at 8 AM today, November 12, 2020, that Typhoon Ulysses weakens and is about to leave the landmass of Luzon.

It is traversing West Northwestward at 30 km/h and has maximum sustained winds of 130 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 215 km/h.

At 7:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon Ulysses was located in the vicinity of Cabangan, Zambales.

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals (TCWS) 1,2,3 have been raised in various parts of the country particularly in Luzon.

Due to Typhoon Ulysses, classes have been suspended by selected schools and local government units (LGUs).

Several domestic and international flights were also canceled as Ulysses continues to intensify.
