Luis Manzano on Janine Berdin: “Wala kayong pakialam sa happiness niya”
Luis Manzano defended singer Janine Berdin against bashers criticizing her over her beauty transformation.
The 18-year-old singer has been the subject of criticism following her beauty transformation last month.
Janine was recognized as the grand champion of the singing contest “Tawag ng Tanghalan” Season 2 on ABS-CBN noontime show It’s Showtime.
Janine did not deny that she underwent beauty enhancement.
On October 31, Saturday, Janine was a celebrity guest on the ABS-CBN singing game show I Can See Your Voice, hosted by Luis.
Before introducing Janine, Luis Manzano mentioned massive bashing on social media.
“Kaakibat na ‘yan. Parang walang araw na pagbasa ng social media [na] walang nagsasabi ng hindi maganda,” he said.
Luis Manzano added that there is a big difference between commenting and bashing.
Luis Manzano then talked with Janine about her “beauty transformation” which made rounds online.
According to Janine, one of the things she has discovered amid the pandemic is that she has found the path to self-love
And at that point, Luis gave his message to Janine’s critics.
“Eto lang ‘yan, sa lahat ng bumabatikos sa bagong pangyayari sa buhay ni Janine. Wala kayong pakialam sa happiness niya, kung hindi naman kayo naaagrabyado, di ba? Yun lang ‘yon.”

Luis Manzano has been vocal in lambasting his bashers on social media.
For him, answering the bashers was his way of putting them in their place.
