Get to know about Jay-R Siaboc
Jay-R Siaboc is currently making rounds online following his revelation about his unclaimed prizes on the singing show, Pinoy Dream Academy.
The 33-year-old Cebu-based singer claimed that he did not get the condo and food franchise prizes from PDA.
“Nung Nag 1st runner up aq sa PDA (Pinoy Dream Academy) kasama Sana sa premyo q ay Condominium at franchise ng Belgian Waffle, pro sad to say both di q natanggap Ang mga to, di q alam kung makukuha q pa ba to, pro sana at ngayon nman sa mga kanta q WLA na nman aq natanggap,” he wrote in a Facebook post.
But who is Jay-R Siaboc?
Jay-R Siaboc rose to fame when he won as the first runner-up to Yeng Constantino in Season 1 of Pinoy Dream Academy.
He is behind the hit songs; Hiling and May Tama Rin Ako.
After his PDA stint, he ventured into acting via Your Song and then in the prime time TV series Pangarap na Bituin.
He also starred in the action TV series entitled Palos portraying the role of Agent Enzo, together with Jake Cuenca.
Jay-R Siaboc has one daughter with his current partner Trisha May Varga.
In 2016, he made headlines after allegedly “surrendering” to police authorities in his hometown in Toledo, Cebu due to reported involvement in illegal drug transactions.
However, he clarified that he went to the police to clear his name on that station’s drug watchlist. But he’s vocal in admitting that he’s using drugs.
