According to Morales, Thorrsson Montes Keith’s allegations had grave effects on him as well as his family’s well-being.

The former general noted that his camp is gathering more evidence against the former PhilHealth Anti-Fraud Legal Officer.

Morales resigned as PhilHealth chief amid corruption investigations because of his ongoing battle with cancer on the lymph nodes or lymphoma.

Former National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Dante Gierran took over as the new PhilHealth chief.

Keith, on the other hand, claimed that a whopping P15 billion worth of funds have been pocketed by the so-called ‘mafia’ in a “syndicate-like” transactions within the state-run insurer.

The exposé of Keith led to several hearings and even the launching of a presidential task force to investigate the alleged corruption.

Earlier, the presidential task group filed a malversation and graft charges against Morales and several other agency officials at the Office of the Ombudsman.

Meanwhile, Keith has yet to issue a statement regarding the charges filed at him by Ricardo Morales.
