Xian Gaza reacted to SEC Advisory on “CAREFUND”
Here’s a reaction from Xian Gaza after seeing the advisory on Christiano Alberto Real Estate Fund (CAREFUND) from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Xian Gaza was commonly known as a convicted scammer and also known for offering something to his celebrity crushes.
To recall, Xian started making gestures in order to catch Nadine’s attention by way of offering his “bouquet of Mustang”. Also, Xian offered Barbie Imperial a 12-month contract for PHP 6 million, but the actress rejected his offer.
He was also known for exposing “scams”, including the alleged “PISTON 6 Fund Raising Scam”. And yes, his “Xian S. Gaza” account on Facebook was “disabled” because of mass reporting.
Last June, Xian posted a sonogram photo on his Facebook account as he gave a hint about his “second heir to my future empire“.
And just recently, he saw an advisory from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding his CAREFUND.
As stated in the said advisory, the Securities and Exchange Commission said that its records showed that the Christiano Alberto Real Estate Fund (CAREFUND) wasn’t registered as either corporation, partnership, or association and wasn’t authorized to offer its investment scheme to the public.
With this, Xian Gaza posted on his Facebook account. Here’s his post:
On Monday afternoon, Xian Gaza posted on his Facebook account as he asked the Commission why SEC didn’t give a public advisory on PhilHealth.
“Sabagay, it’s a gov’t-owned and controlled corporation kaya ligal sila mang-scam… noted” Xian said in his latest post.
