It was last 2016 when Cedric Lee — the father of Vina’s daughter Ceana — filed five counts of libel against her at the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor in Cabanatuan City in Nueva Ecija.
In a report on PUSH, Cedric’s case against the Kapamilya star stemmed from Vina’s claim that he “forcibly” detained their daughter and that he violated a court-approved visitation agreement.
Also, Cedric lodged five counts of grave libel against the Kapamilya star at the Caloocan City Prosecutor’s Office. In addition, Cedric’s sister Bernice filed a separate libel case against Vina aside from Cedric’s complaint.
Vina also said in her Instagram post that the complaints filed against her before the respective prosecutor’s office of Pasig, Nueva Ecija, Mandaluyong, Parañaque, and Quezon City had all been dismissed aside from Caloocan.
“Isa na lang po ang natira. San Juan City case na lang po since 2013“, Vina said.
Moreover, Vina also said that she was hopeful that the chapter of her life would soon come to an end.
