Pauleen Luna, the wife of Eat Bulaga mainstay Vic Sotto took to the image-sharing site, Instagram wherein she addressed the age-gap issue with her husband.
According to her, she was interviewed by Luchi Cruz-Valdes a few weeks ago wherein she was asked: “How do you deal with the age gap?”
She noted that she wasn’t able to give a good answer at the time.
But after deeply thinking about it, she came up with a real answer from the query of the veteran broadcast journalist.
“My husband loves me very much and gives me a certain kind of confidence and security about our relationship but i think the thing i love most about him is the amount of respect he gives me. He respects my life decisions, he respects my room to grow and he respects me like an equal,” she said.

“Never did i hear my husband raise his voice and felt like i was younger and didn’t matter. I always felt validated. I always feel important around him,” she continued.
She added: “Respect plays a big role in any relationship. I know deep in my heart that it’s one of the main reasons why this relationship is so easy.”

It was in December 2011 when Pauleen Luna and Vic Sotto started dating. Their relationship was only confirmed in 2013.
In 2015, the couple got engaged and the following year, they got married.
On May 6, 2017, Vic Sotto announced on Eat Bulaga! that he and Pauleen Luna were expecting their first child together. She then gave birth to a girl on November 4.
