Nadine Samonte: “I don’t have diabetes and I don’t have a blog”

Actress Nadine Samonte lambasted a fake blog using her photo and name while endorsing a product that claims to cure diabetes.

Recently, she went to the image-sharing site, Instagram wherein she debunked the blog which apparently using her name and photo while endorsing a product called, Diaremedium.

“Why???? First of all [I] [don’t] have [d]iabetes and [I] [don’t] have a blog!!!!!” she said.

On Instagram, she posted a screenshot of the fake blog with the title: “How i naturally cured my diabetes in 3 weeks without any medications.”

“I [don’t] usually do this in social media pero (but) how many times this caught my attention,” Nadine Samonte said.

According to her statement via Inquirer.net, she has reached out to the admin of the said blog but they are yet to respond.

The actress noted that it will escalate to legal action if the site refused to delete the said post.

Nadine Samonte then expressed her frustration towards the blog site which is clearly fooling other people.

In the later part of the caption, she tagged the pages affiliated to the said product, persuading them to respond with her queries.

Nadine Samonte rose to fame when she joined the defunct GMA-7 reality competition, StarStruck.

After StarStruck, she ventured into acting with her first lead role via series, Ikaw sa Puso Ko, and her last project, Super Ma’am.

She’s married to businessman Richard Chua since 2013 and they already had a child.
