Heaven Peralejo has broken her silence to clarify things about the issue that she purportedly asked P100,000 financial aid or “ayuda” from Senator Manny Pacquiao, the father of her ex-boyfriend Jimuel.
The 20-year-old actress stressed that she did not ask for money from anyone.
This was after veteran entertainment columnist Lolit Solis claimed that Heaven Peralejo allegedly texted Senator Pacquiao asking for financial help amounting to 100,000 pesos.
Meanwhile, Heaven herself denied the accusations, and according to her, she was hurt by the harsh statement she has been receiving.
“The past few weeks have redefined the public’s impression of me. It was hurtful and I needed some time to think it through,” she said.
She said she was “beyond grateful” to be given opportunities to “earn an honest living.”
She noted that whatever she has right now is a product of her hard work and “not extracted from anyone’s pockets.”
In the later part of her post, Heaven Peralejo thanked Jimuel Pacquiao for defending her from the bashers and online trolls.
On Instagram, she reposted a statement of Jinkee Pacquiao refuting rumors about her allegedly asking money from them.
Lolit Solis, on the other hand, has issued a public apology.
According to PEP.ph, it was in March 2019 when Heaven and Jimuel admitted that they are in a relationship. But after 5 months of dating, they split.
