A generous teacher gives school supplies and face masks to the poor students to celebrate his 10th anniversary as educator.
A Facebook page user named Juish Daluz Dela Victoria has shared the photos himself giving free school supplies and face masks to his students. He used his own money to present some surprise to the poor kids.
The kind high school teacher from Santiago, Agusan del Norte has decided to give free school supplies such as notebooks, ballpen, pencil, and envelopes for the less-fortunate students.
The 33-year-old teacher also distribute washable face masks to around 30 students in the area. He used his own money to purchase the educational items in celebration of his 10th anniversary as a teacher.
“Naisip ko mula po sa sariling bulsa ko ang ipinamili ng school supplies at washable face masks. Katuwang ang aking mga kapatid sa pag-sort at sakay po ng aking single motor, ang mga batang nadaanan ko ang aking binigyan ng supplies at mask po.” Dela Victoria said.
The teacher encouraged the students to pursue their studies amid poverty and the pandemic. He also told the other students to trust and remain faithful to God.

Today marks another milestone in my life in the department. I will always cherish the very first day when then SDS Ponciano Joven interviewed me in his office. The past ten years has brought massive joys and pains- taste of both worlds as they say. I’ve been through a lot in DepEd – reasons which I will always hold on to.
