Here’s how Korina Sanchez became fitter amid the COVID-19 pandemic

Broadcast journalist Korina Sanchez revealed her weight loss routine amid the COVID-19 pandemic in her recent post on Instagram.

At the age of 55, the TV personality still looks young and it is because of her fitness routine and diet. Korina was able to maintain her well-being despite her hectic schedule in the broadcast industry as well as being busy in taking care of her twins with husband politician Mar Roxas.

Amid the lockdown, Korina still continues to do her fitness routine and she recently shared in her Instagram post that she lose weight. “Just to report to you: from 118 days since Day One of lockdown on March 17. 121 lbs pre-COVID, down to 110 lbs in 2 months,” she said.

She added that the real challenge was to maintain her ideal weight and in order to do that she has to discipline herself. “20-50g carbs daily ONLY. Swimming. 5 lb weights,” Korina Sanchez shared what she did to achieve her weight now.

 The broadcast journalist also shared words of encouragement for her social media followers. “Kaya mo rin yan!” she said and used the hashtag “Best Life”.
