Gretchen Ho Insists No Jobs Available For Younger Workers

Gretchen Ho insisted that no jobs were available for younger workers amid the pandemic.

TV host Gretchen Ho had insisted that no jobs were available for younger workers even though Metro Manila already had been placed under general community quarantine (GCQ).

This, as Gretchen contradicted the government’s statement that there were alternative jobs for young people who had lost their jobs amid this pandemic, adding that Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque’s statement wasn’t true based on Gretchen’s friends’ current experiences.

However, Gretchen said that her friends were among the young people who were laid off are were actually experiencing something different.

According to her, she had a lot of friends who were among “younger workers” who still can’t find their job.

It was clear that Gretchen was referring to ABS-CBN employees who had lost their jobs just because ABS-CBN was forced to retrench its employees after the House had rejected a new franchise network last July 10, 2020.
