Anjo Yllana leaves Eat Bulaga
Anjo Yllana took to the social networking site, Facebook wherein he shared that he has resigned from Eat Bulaga after being part of the show for 21 years.
On Tuesday, August 11, the 52-year-old actor/comedian submitted his resignation from the top-rating noontime show, Eat Bulaga.
“With a heavy heart… today Aug.11 2020… I submit my resignation… thank you Dabarkads…thank you Eat Bulaga…21 years and it was a blast… Good Bye and all roads to your 50th,” he wrote as the caption.
His post immediately generated mixed reactions and comments from the netizens with some expressing their sadness over the Kapuso actor’s decision.
Among those who commented is former Kapuso actor-singer, Janno Gibbs.
However, he refused to divulge his reason for leaving the show.
Anjo Yllana or Andrés José Garchitorena Yllana Jr. in real life rose to fame in 1990s and he has been considered as one of the promising actor-comedian in his generation.
He has starred in numerous television shows and movies. He also ventured into politics.
