vivo S7 5G – vivo officially announced the launch date and time as the company was about to launch its latest smartphone.
This, as vivo recently confirmed on Weibo that the company would be launching its upcoming smartphone on August 3, 2020 in China at 7:30 in the evening (China time).
Based on a teaser video that was obtained by Gizmochina, the said smartphone was a handset with an ultra-thin design.
Leaks suggested that it would feature a “wide notch” instead of a punch-hole in order to house its front cameras, while it would feature its glass-like curved display with a rectangular-shaped camera hump on the rear part.

Based on its cameras, this smartphone would have a 44MP main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide secondary camera on the front. It would also have a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 13MP potrait sensor.
Moreover, leaks suggested that this smartphone was rumored to feature its 6.43-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display and an in-Display fingerprint sensor.
vivo has yet to announce the full information about this smartphone during its launch event – including its specifications, price, and availability.
Meanwhile, YG AD posted on Instagram as it revealed that BLACKPINK Lisa might be the global endorser of this smartphone. With this, vivo might have a global launch for this smartphone after its scheduled launch in China.
