Netizens Slam Proposed Motorcycle Barrier Claiming it Affects the Aerodynamics After Watching this Video
The online community lambasted the proposed motorcycle barrier due to this video showing its negative effects to the riders.
The Facebook page “RidertechPH” has shared the video footage of a motorcycle rider slowly driving along the road when two buses passed on his both sides. The video garnered various reactions from the netizens.
In the video, it can be seen that the delivery rider with an insulated box at the back of his motorcycle is driving at a moderate speed when two buses suddenly passed on both sides. The incident almost put his life in danger.
The netizens criticized the proposed motorcycle barrier design because of its negative impact to the riders. The online community claims that the barrier would affect the aerodynamics of the motorcycles.
The Philippine government proposed to place a barrier between the motorcycle driver and back rider to allegedly contain the spread of the coronavirus disease.
