Netizens took to the social networking site, Facebook to express their frustration against a service crew in KFC SM City Bacolod branch who shouted at customers.
Recently, a certain Ivy Cordova went to social media wherein she narrated a shouting incident involving her, her boyfriend, and KFC service crews.
According to her, she and her boyfriend lined up to select meals at the menu while observing a few distances from each other (for social distancing) when a service crew (cashier) yelled at her.
The cashier apparently turned his back against them without saying “please or thank you.”
She decided to take the order by herself but she lined up where the orders are being retrieved.
When she’s about to transfer to another line, another cashier allegedly shouted at her.
The KFC service crew even raised his tone while asking the customer about her side dish.
Meanwhile, the citizens of the net took to Facebook to express their sentiments about the alleged yelling of the service crews at the customers.
“Customers may not always be right, but there’s always a better way to approach them. At the end of the day, they’re your customers and you work for them,” Jezzel Cleo wrote.
“Simply I will talk to the manager in a calm manner! I will air my side and tell them let’s show respect and be prudent enough in dealing with customers! Peace!,” Facebook user JM Recto Rañada commented.
The management of KFC SM City Bacolod is yet to issue any statement regarding the incident.
