Ernie Dela Cruz, the father of celebrity siblings Angelika and Mika Dela Cruz passed away due to a serious health condition.
On Saturday, Angelika Dela Cruz took to the image-sharing site, Instagram wherein she paid tribute to her late dad.
“Daddy you are my best friend ang kakampi ko sa lahat. I’m heartbroken dahil iniwan moko agad. I love you so much Dad. Mabuti kang tao na maraming tinulungan,” she noted.
“Pahinga ka na. Rest in Peace Dad. Masaya ako para sayo at mag kasama na kayo ni Edward. Till we meet again,” Angelika added.
Mika Dela Cruz on the other hand changed her profile photo on Instagram with an image of her alongside her father.
It was on June 21 when Angelika Dela Cruz asked her followers to pray for their father without divulging details about her dad’s health condition.
