The intense video footage of a man beating a young male teenager goes viral and elicits comments from the netizens.

Verbally or physically hurting children or teenagers under 18 years old is already considered as child abuse. Anyone who will be caught violating the policy would face corresponding sanctions and penalties.

In the video, it can be seen that some residents in the area are trying to stop the man to attack their teenage relative. According to the conversation of the residents, the guy punched the young man.
After a few moments, the guy attacked and mauled the 15-year-old kid without mercy. Unfortunately, the video stopped in the middle of the intense brawl.
