How’s the relationship of Kim Chiu and Xian Lim now?
KIM CHIU – The Kapamilya actress spoke on her relationship with actor Xian Lim now amid the COVID-19 pandemic in the Philippines.
Some celebrities are not only partners on-screen but as well as in real-life. To some of them, a romantic love blossomed while they were working with each other while others were not given the chance to work together but met in the same industry.
One of the love teams composed by real-life lovers is “KimXi” – the tandem of Kapamilya stars Kim Chiu and Xian Lim. They have worked together in several projects.
Kim and Xian worked together in the hit television series My Binondo Girl and The Story of Us among others. They also work together in Love Thy Woman.
However, all tapings stopped due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the Philippines. Several celebrity couples have not seen each other as everyone is advised to stay at home.
Among the celebrity couples who have not seen each other for a while are Kim Chiu and Xian Lim. Based on a report on ABS-CBN, speaking to Ruffa Gutierrez for “Love Thy Chika”, the former Pinoy Big Brother housemate said that it was more than a month ago when they last saw each other.
Kim celebrated her 30th birthday last April 19. According to the actress, he had a quick dinner at her house as he had a day pass but he cannot stay long because of the curfew.
Based on the report, amid the stay-at-home call, Kim and Xian kept in touch with each other through mobile phone like video-calling each other. She had a candid but sweet response when asked if she sees him as part of her future.
According to the former PBB housemate, she does not love anyone else and she does not look at other men aside from Xian. She stressed that they really respect each other.
When it comes to talks about jealousy, Kim Chiu expressed that Xian Lim is an introvert. According to her, “there’s nothing to be jealous about”. Visibly, though it is physically separating them, the recent happenings only made the KimXi closer and stronger.
