Remember the student from the viral introduce yourself?
Aira Lopez made rounds on social media with over 10 million views of her viral video of introducing herself “in the most creative or most unique way.”
It was two years ago when she was taking up AB Communication Arts in Angeles University Foundation.
During that time, she and her classmates were tasked to introduce themselves in the most creative way as part of their practicum in her theater arts subject.
Aira Lopez then thought of a unique way to give details about her and her family.
Having no skills in dancing, she sang to the tune of Lenka’s hit single, “The Show” using her own lyrics as she introduces herself.
Her presentation was recorded on camera and it was uploaded on the social networking site, Facebook.
The video became an instant hit and has already generated more than 10 million views and numerous comments as of posting.
When asked by PEP.ph what is her reaction upon knowing that her video became viral, she said: “Sobrang unexpected kasi I just did it for fun talaga.
“At the same time nagba-vlog na rin ako, so, ishinare ko rin dahil for sure baka hindi nila nakita yung video na yan, so naisipan ko lang siyang i-share lit,” she added.
Meanwhile, Aira Lopez is now working as a flight attendant in one of the leading airline companies in the country.
Aira Lopez actually wanted to become a sportscaster or a courtside reporter, citing her huge interest in the field of sports particularly the PBA.
But she’s still living a life not far from sports. She has a YouTube channel now and has over 80,000 subscribers wherein she usually shares her biking routine.
She also loves to travel, which might be the reason she ended up becoming a flight attendant.
