MYX Philippines released the full list of nominees for MYX Awards 2020.
MYX Philippines officially announced the full list of nominees for the upcoming MYX Awards 2020 which will be aired virtually.
This, as MYX will push through with its annual event despite many in-person live events around the world have been either canceled or rescheduled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The said awards aimed to give recognition to the Philippines’ hitmakers.
Last May 21, MYX released its full list of nominees for this year’s MYX Awards. The nominees were grouped according to different categories.
Under the category of “Music Video of the Year”, Shanti Dope’s Amatz and Imposible were nominated in this category. The music video of Summer by James Reid and Nadine was also included in the nomination. In addition, IV of Spades’ Come Inside My Heart and Iñigo Pascual’s Options were also nominated.
For “New Artist of the Year” category, Ben&Ben, Iñigo Pascual, IV of Spades, Moira dela Torre, and SB19 were nominated. Moreover, 12 nominations were listed in the category of “MYX Celebrity VJ of the Year”. Aside from local nominations, MYX Philippines also nominated five entries for the “International Video of the Year” category.
