Letter of Manila Councilor To PNP Over Alleged Drug Issue Involving His Children

Manila councilor Jesus “Taga” Fajardo wrote a letter to the Philippine National Police (PNP) for the arrest of his children.

One of the most salient campaigns of the Duterte administration is the anti-illegal drugs. President Rodrigo Roa Duterte has always been vocal on how much he hate the substance.

Since the start of Pres. Duterte’s term, a lot of people were arrested and laboratories and dens were raided. Not only ordinary individuals but as well as prominent ones were caught for their alleged involvement.

Recently, in Manila City, one of the officials wrote a letter to the Philippine National Police, his fellow barangay officials, and the authorities over a drug issue which allegedly involves his children.

Based on Super Radyo’s DZBB Luisito Santos’ tweet, Manila Councilor Taga Fajardo stated in the letter that he himself are hearing allegations that the side of his house is a drug den. It allegedly involved his children.

According to the councilor, he also wanted the people involved in drugs to get arrested. He stressed that he never engaged in such in his whole term as barangay captain and councilor.

Fajardo gave the authorities to enter the said area of his house and arrest everyone found inside it. Based on the report, he even plead to the authorities to act on the issue the soonest.

  1. if the councilor’s children are involved in the sell and use of the prohited drug then he must accept the penalty for doing so. the penalties will also depend on the ages of his children
