Coco Martin Carried Away by Emotions While Greeting Grandma w/ Mother’s Day
The Pinoy actor Coco Martin expressed his dismay over ABS-CBN shutdown while greeting his grandma with Happy Mother’s Day.
ABS-CBN has become the headlines of several local news outlets and social media pages after the giant network goes off air in compliance with the cease and desist order from the National Telecommunications Commission.
Several Kapamilya celebrities have expressed their reactions regarding the shutdown of the media station. Most of them are disappointed regarding the government’s decision to suspend company’s broadcast operation.
One of them is Coco Martin who showed his tirade and fury towards the personalities involved on the network closure. However, the actor received various reactions from the online community.
Last weekend, “Ang Probinsyano” main character greeted his beloved grandma with a “Happy Mother’s Day” on his Instagram account. However, the actor got carried away by his emotions and included the network issue on his greetings.

“Happy Mother’s Day sa’yo La.. Ikaw ang naghubog sa akin kung paano lumaban sa buhay, ang manindigan sa kung ano ang tingin kong tama. Alam kong napakahirap ng pinasok ko, pwede naman akong manahimk na lang at magsawalang-kibo, pero napakasakit sa akin na makita kong naghihirap ang aking mga kasamahan sa trabaho habang ako ay kumportableng nabubuhay. Kami ang magkakasama na naghihirap para magkaroon ng ipapalabas gabi-gabi, kahit kaakibat nito ang peligro na may maaring maaksidente sa bawat eksenang ginagawa namin para mapasaya ang mga tumatangkilik sa amin. Kung minsan ay halos hindi na kami umuuwi ng aming mga bahay para makita ang aming pamilya. Sinusuong namin ang kahit anong kalamidad makapagbigay lang ng kaledad na palabas sa manunuod, at upang makapagbigay ng inspirasyon na lumaban sa kahit anong hamon ng buhay. Hindi lang po basta trabaho ang ginagawa namin sa likod at harap ng camera, ito ang pagseserbisyo namin sa bayan at sa lahat ng Pilipino saan mang lupalop ng mundo!!!”
