Alden Richards talked about Philippine Air Force’s invitation
Kapuso Pambansang Bae Alden Richards revealed that he received an invitation to join Philippine Air Force.
Although Alden is not yet a veteran in the entertainment industry, he proved that he can do a lot. Aside from acting, he can also sing and dance. When he joined the family of Eat Bulaga, he also proved that he can do hosting.
Outside show business, the Kapuso star is also a businessman. He was able to establish several franchises of a popular fast food chain that he is also endorsing.
Indeed, Alden is a versatile talent and of course, this is aside from the fact that he also possesses a good-looking face. His acting career took a higher notch when he did a movie with Kapamilya actress Kathryn Bernardo titled Hello, Love Goodbye. It goes to show that new, unlikely tandems can click onscreen.
Because of that success, fans have been anticipating for his next project. However, everything in the entertainment industry has to take a pause amid the enhanced community quarantine.
However, Alden Richards shared during his recent Instagram Live that he received a very important invitation and that he is considering it.
“There was an invitation sent to me (by the Philippine Air Force) and I’m really considering to be part of it. I’m just clearing things up with the management,” the Kapuso star said, based on the article from The Philippine Star.
If he will finally come up with the decision, he said that joining the military is his way of showing compassion to the country.
“Siyempre it’s a way of being part of people who are really concerned sa Pilipinas and I want to be part of it,” Alden said.
Based on the report, there were also other Kapuso stars who already joined the military such as Lieutenant Commander Dingdong Dantes and Petty Officer 3rd Class Rocco Nacino of the Philippine Navy.
