A Lola in Caloocan went viral due to this
Carol Coronado, a lola in Caloocan, went viral on Facebook for doing this amid the enhanced community quarantine due to COVID-19.
Although many people in the Philippines are suffering right now because of the health crisis, there are still people who choose to be a blessing to other people. It is because they still manage to extend a helping hand to the less fortunate.
One of them is Lola Carol who distributed relief goods to tricycle drivers in their area amid the EQC. Based on the article from PEP, the elderly living in Caloocan caught the attention of the online community just recently when netizen Bayani Allan Dimatulac shared her photo.
Based on the article, the original uploader of the photos of Lola Carol was Lily Castro Mayo. Deparo Caloocan City, mayron po kami konting relief goods po dito sa blk.7 lot 9 (Tita Carol Coronado and family) Matthew St. Keep safe everyone,” she said in her post weeks ago.
