A certain post caught the attention of the netizens when a tourist from Bacolod captured a top view of the Taal volcano from the airplane’s window.

This, as Dan Dan, a tourist from Bacolod, went to have a vacation together with Thea. As they’re about to go home last Sunday, he took a video of Taal volcano’s top view from the airplane’s window.

The said video caught the attention of the netizens as it reached more than 300 views as of this writing.

In a recent bulletin from PHIVOLCS, the Taal volcano’s activity in its main crater has been characterized as a “weak emission” of steam-laden plumes rising 50-100 meters high before drifting northeast in the past 24 hours. In addition, the Taal Volcano Network recorded 20 volcanic earthquakes that were associated with Taal volcano’s rock fracturing processes beneath and around its edifice.

Moreover, Alert Level 2 was maintained over Taal Volcano.
