13 New Philippine Coronavirus Cases Recorded by DOH

PHILIPPINE CORONAVIRUS CASES – The Department of Health (DOH) records on the confirmed COVID-19 cases is now at 230.

The national government, the local government, the Department of Health (DOH), and the other agencies are calling for the cooperation of the public. It is over the fight against the 2019 novel coronavirus, officially called as COVID-19.

The novel coronavirus was first recorded in China. It left Wuhan, the epicenter of the disease in the Chinese nation, under an outbreak. Italy, Ireland, and Denmark also implemented a total lockdown over the disease.

Philippine Coronavirus Cases

In the Philippines, there are now measures implemented to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The entire Luzon is now under an enhanced community quarantine limiting the movements of the people.

State of calamity was already declared by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte covering the whole Philippines. LGUs are now allowed to use their funds to fight the spread of COVID-19.

Recently, the DOH gave an update on the total Philippine coronavirus cases. There are thirteen (13) new cases confirmed by the health department today bringing the total to 230.

According to DOH, one additional death case was recorded today bringing the coronavirus death toll to 18. With regards to the total recoveries, it is still at eight (8).
