U.S. Speaks On Coronavirus Treatment Amid Increasing Cases

CORONAVIRUS TREATMENT – An authority in the United States spoke on the treatment of the COVID-19.

The increase in the cases of the 2019 novel coronavirus in China, its epicenter, has slowed down but more and more cases are recorded in other countries daily. Unfortunately, the death cases also increases.

In China, more than 70,000 people were infected by the disease. Wuhan City where it was first recorded is now under a lock-down. The outbreak has taken more than 1,200 lives.

The first coronavirus death case outside China was recorded in the Philippines. The patient was a Chinese man from Wuhan City and his partner, a 38-year-old Chinese woman, was the first confirmed case of COVID-19 in PH.

Currently, several nations are on a tough fight against the 2019 novel coronavirus. Hong Kong, United States, France, Singapore, and Egypt are among those with confirmed cases.

Also, Iran, South Korea, and Italy are on a tight watch after their coronavirus cases spiked. All the strict measures are implemented to prevent the onset of an outbreak.

Amid the global fight against the 2019 novel coronavirus, the United States spoke about the coronavirus treatment. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, it may be available this summer.

According to U.S. Vice President Mike Pence, a coronavirus treatment to give relief to the patients may be available this summer but the vaccine may not. Based on the report, the vaccine may be made available late this year or early in 2021.

There is already one drug that was used for trial treatment to one (1) coronavirus patient in U.S. The said drug was also distributed in Asia for trials.
