The Kingmaker traversed the legacy of the Marcos regime and examined the family’s improbable return to power in the Philippines. According to Lauren Greenfield, the award-winning filmmaker behind The Kingmaker, the comeback story of Imelda Marcos was “a cautionary tale”.
