John Lloyd Cruz Might Have A Movie Comeback

John Lloyd Cruz might have a movie comeback as he will be working with director Lavrente Diaz and The Jerks lead singer and guitarist Chickoy Pura.

In a Facebook post, The Jerks lead singer and guitarist Chickoy Pura posted photos along with John Lloyd Cruz and Lav Diaz. He revealed in his post that he had an opportunity to work with John Lloyd and Lav.

John Lloyd previously had an ‘indefinite leave’ in showbiz since 2017. He recently had a cameo appearance in Culion, which was one of the official entries in the 2019 Metro Manila Film Festival last December.

Previously, John Lloyd has worked with Lav Diaz in Hele sa Hiwagang Hapis and Ang Babaeng Humayo. Though his fans were getting excited about his new project, no other information has been disclosed about their upcoming project and they have yet to confirm if they’re working on a film as well.
