Certain photos caught the attention of the netizens as the customer’s pizza turned black and was overcooked. The customer suddenly had a complaint about it.
In a Facebook post from Katherine Mae Booc on Monday, December 23, around 12 o’clock in the morning, she posted photos of her pizza that was delivered to her house. She was contented with the toppings at first, not until she saw the rear part of the pizza.
“Lami ni? (Is this good?)” the customer started complaining about the pizza that she received. “Waited an hour para ma luto ug deliver.“
Also on Monday, the Pusok branch of Alberto’s Pizza, a pizza parlor that was responsible for delivering the customer’s overcooked pizza, responded to a complaint by commenting on the said post.
“Hi Mam Katherine, we are very sorry for the pizza served by our crew of Pusok branch. Thank you for posting so that we are aware of the mistake and so sorry for the incident,” Albertos Pizza’s PusokSoong wrote in the comments. “The pizza was already replaced and we will investigate who made the mistake. God bless you and Merry Christmas in advance.“
The said post already reached more than 2,300 shares and hundreds of reactions from the netizens.
