List of accusations of Ateneo shooting suspect vs Furigay family
ATENEO SHOOTING CASE – The alleged list of accusations of Dr. Chao-Tiao Yumol, the suspect in the Ateneo de Manila University shooting, against Furigay family is spreading online.
It was on Sunday, July 24 when a shooting incident took place at the said university.
Three persons were killed including former Lamitan City Mayor Rosita “Rose” Furigay, her aide Victor George Capistrano and a security guard of the university.
The former mayor was supposed to attend the graduation of her daughter Hanna Rose from law school.
The police arrested the suspect, identified as Chao Tiao Yumol, 38, a resident of Lamitan City. Recovered from the scene was a caliber.45 pistol with a silencer.
Meanwhile, a document listing the accusations of Dr. Yumol against the former mayor and her family surfaced on social media.
Based on the report of dailybncnews.com, the said document was released by former Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) Commissioner Greco Belgica.

Yumol is facing multiple charges in the killing of the ex-Lamitan mayor and two others.
The Quezon City prosecutor’s office has indicted the doctor who is facing three counts of murder, one count of frustrated murder, car theft, malicious mischief and violation of Republic Act No. 10591 or the Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition.
The camp of Furigay has denied the accusations of Yumol.
According to their camp, the accusations of Dr. Yumol were not true because she received the Seal of Good Local Governance multiple times when she was the mayor of Lamitan.
