Google officially released Chrome 81 for Mac, Windows, and Linux.

Google officially released its latest version of Chrome web browser — Chrome 81 — for Mac, Windows, and Linux.

This, as Google officially released an update following a coronavirus-related delay, which was initially expected to release on March 17. With this update, Google introduced “Tab Groups” to the public.

Tab groups would allow its users to organize tabs and separating their open pages as well.

In order to create your own tab group, you can right-click on your desired tab and select “Add to new group”. After adding your tab to the new group, a “gray color” would appear by default.

You can also organize your tab groups by arranging it by colors.

Other Features

Aside from Tab Groups, Google auto-upgraded HTTP images, as such, Chrome would open a full-page warning for such sites that didn’t support Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 or sites that didn’t load over HTTPS.
