XIAN GAZA – The controversial social media personality flexed on social media the five (5) properties he purchased from 2020-2021.

The so-called social media influencer has been known for his series of claims and pronouncements against well-known celebrities such as Barbie Imperial, Diego Loyzaga, and to name a few.

Aside from his exposé on social media, he is also prominent for his extravagant date proposals to celebrities.

In fact, he once bought a car as a gift to his TikTok crush, Yukii Takahashi and his most popular stint to date is when he asked Blackpink member Jennie for a date via a billboard poster.

Meanwhile, Xian Gaza recently went to social media wherein he showed off the five properties he purchased from January 2020 to February 2021.

According to him, the five properties he bought in more than a year are two studio-type units, one overlooking lot in Antipolo, one loft-type condo unit in Makati, and one dormitory in Manila.

Xian Gaza shared that the lot in Antipolo was referred to him by his friend, talent manager Ogie Diaz.

The comedian even commented on his post by saying: “Alam mo na, ha? If something happens to you, palapitin mo na sa akin ang iyong tagapagmana. Hahahah!”

While the condominium unit in Makati was originally for his daughter and his child’s mom, however, he changed his plan.
