ANJO YLLANA – The comedian-actor confirmed that he was removed from NET 25’s noontime show, Happy Time.
Anjo has been a host of the said show since he left Eat Bulaga after 21 years of being part of the noontime program.
In an interview, he confirmed that he was removed from Happy Time.
According to him, it was probably due to the incident involving him and his co-host Boobsie.
This was after he allegedly reported his fellow host for drinking liquor inside the Philippine Arena where it is based for lock-in taping.
Anjo Yllana is a newly-converted member of Iglesia Ni Cristo– which owns the Philippine Arena.
“Kung bakit ako pa tuloy yung tinanggal, hindi ko talaga masasagot. Kasi, ang huli ko lang nasabi na ang hirap magtrabaho pag hindi na-settle yung ganito,” he said.
“Siguro nagdesisyon na lang sila na tanggalin na lang ako. Hindi ko alam, e,” he added.
Anjo Yllana stressed: “Ang sabi ko lang kasi sa kanila ay ganito, ‘Ayokong magtrabaho hangga’t hindi nasi-settle yung ano…’ Kasi, lumabas na ang pangalan ko na nagsumbong ako.”
“Sabi ko, baka ma-provoke ako, baka sabihin sa akin ganito, ganyan,” he noted.
