JOHN ARCILLA – The award-winning actor reacted to the comment of a basher over his role in the top-rating series, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.
Recently, John took to the microblogging site, Twitter wherein he exposed the message sent to him by a netizen.
In the message, a certain Jobellex Sartorio said: “Hoy hwg ka mangarap Na mgng presidente ng buong Pilipinas galng mo nmn kung ikw ang papalit mgng president ng Pilipinas ngpatawa ka ba ah eh sa role mo plng sa probinsyano ngkakagago ka noh drug addict ka.”
The netizen is referring to his character on FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano wherein he portrays the role of Renato “Buwitre” Hipolito.
This prompted John Arcilla to explain that his roles are just for his teleserye and do not reflect his real life.
“Hindi ko po alam kung seryoso siya o nagpapatawa. Relax ka lang Jobellex 🙂 ang teleserye ho e hindi totoong buhay. Chill chill lang po,” he wrote.
This is not the first time that a netizen irked from one of the characters of Ang Probinsyano.
Previously, Michael de Mesa received a “death threat” over his role in the top-rating series.
FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano is top-billed by Coco Martin which first aired on September 28, 2015.
It has become the longest-running drama series on Philippine television with more than 1,300 episodes aired as of 2021.
