Pia Wurtzbach returned to the Philippines after calling Morocco her temporary home for weeks.
Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach said that she safely returned to the Philippines after calling Morocco her temporary home for weeks.
“Landed safely in Manila today,” Pia said in her Facebook post.
In her Facebook post, she said that she wanted to share an appreciation post for her “home away from home”.
According to her, she stayed at El Fenn Hotel Marrakech for almost two months, which was “totally unplanned” because they’re avoiding going back to the United Kingdom due to the COVID-19 situation.
However, she said that she had the best time and felt right at home.

Pia also said that she’s able to make it work even though she’s far from Manila and was working with a 7-hour time difference.
“Not to force travel on anyone at this time but when you’re ready and comfortable to do so, consider Morocco as your next out of country destination. First of all, there’s no visa requirement for Filipinos and Moroccans are really so warm & welcoming,” Pia said in her post.
Pia and Jeremy Jauncey ended up calling Morocco their “temporary home” due to the quarantine measures brought about by the coronavirus pandemic.
