Glaiza de Castro shared about their plans after getting married to her fiancé.
Kapuso actress Glaiza de Castro recently shared in an interview about their plans after getting married to her fiancé David Rainey.
Glaiza and her fiancé got engaged in Ireland last December 2020 and celebrated Christmas and New Year there.
When asked about their wedding plans, she shared that they’re currently in the “planning stage” at the moment.
At a virtual press conference for OC Records, Glaiza told GMANetwork.com that she would stay in the Philippines to continue her acting and music career.
She admitted that they’re very different from what her fiancé was used to, but then he clarified that it didn’t serve as a barrier to their relationship.
“Pero kaya kong i-welcome ‘yung mundo n’ya so para sa ‘min, hindi dapat i-compromise ng relationship namin kung ano ‘yung gusto naming gawin sa buhay. Medyo mahirap lang kasi dalawang mundo, dalawang opposite na countries, magkabilang side ng mundo pero ‘yun ‘yung exciting about it,” Glaiza said.

Glaiza also shared that she and David were also planning to invest in a café business which they would set up in her province in Baler so that her fiancé can be bothered when he’s in the Philippines.
Meanwhile, Glaiza said that she’s thinking about what she might be bothered with when she visits Ireland.
It may have something to do with music because Glaiza already experienced shooting her music video for her new single “Bank Holiday” when she’s on vacation in Ireland.
“I won’t be there for a year, as in, I also can’t handle the cold and the days are very short,” Glaiza said.
